SOLUTIONS / EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

An assistant that runs your day.

Agents that manage your calendar, triage your inbox, book your travel, and chase the follow-ups you forget. They work from Slack and email the way any other EA would.

The logistics, handled.

Hand off your scheduling, inbox and follow-through, so none of it lands on you.

My inbox is out of control. Sort out what actually needs me.
Brier
APP
Done. The agent read all 60, handled 22 with clear replies in your voice, and surfaced 5 that need you, ranked by urgency with the context for each. The investor intro is at the top. Drafts are ready on the ones you approve.
Brendan
Send the top three drafts, I'll handle the investor one myself.

Book me to SF for the offsite next Wednesday to Friday, usual preferences.

Booked. The agent held the aisle-seat morning flights you prefer, booked the hotel near the office under your loyalty number, and added everything to your calendar with confirmation numbers. Total is in the thread for approval.
Brendan
Approved, thanks. Add a dinner reservation Thursday night.
INTEGRATIONS

Works inside your everyday tools.

Each agent has its personal browser, working inside all of the tools you already use.

and more

Built from a description, not a workflow

You don't get another app to check. You get an assistant that handles the logistics and comes to you only when a decision is yours to make.

Works where you already are.

Your agent lives in Slack and email, can act on brief descriptions of what you need, reporting back in the same thread.

Completes the task in full.

Your agent doesn't just draft the invite email. It finds the time, clears the conflict, sends your avails, and adds the prep.

Knows how you like things done.

Your agent remembers your preferred meeting times, who gets priority, your travel preferences, and the people you always CC. Correct it once and your feedback sticks, making agents more useful over time.

We run on Skydive too.

We don't just build Skydive, we run our company on it. Our team puts agents to work every day (they even helped build this page).

"Skydive truly transforms your entire company by automating all of the tedious tasks that consume so much of your day"

FAQ

Common questions about Skydive EA agents

How is Skydive different from a scheduling tool like Calendly?

Skydive doesn't just run your calendar. Your agent finds the time, resolves conflicts, sends the invite, attaches the prep, and reschedules when things move. It also handles your inbox, travel, and follow-ups, which a scheduling tool can't touch.

Where does the agent do the work?

Wherever you already work: Google Cal, Gmail, Slack, and beyond. Anything you can log into, your agent can too.

Do I have to set up workflows or rules?

No. Tell your agent what you need: 'Book me to SF Wednesday'; 'Clear my Friday afternoon', and it figures out the steps. Delegate by describing, your agent takes care of the rest.

Will my agent actually send things, or just draft them?

Agents can send with your approval, or by automation. You decide where that line is, and your agent remembers.

Does it learn my preferences?

Yes. The more information you give your agent and the more you correct it, the more your agent gets to know how you like things done.

Is my calendar and inbox data secure?

Your agent logs into your tools the way you would, and you control what it can access and what it can do. Permissions are granular, every action is visible to you, and you can adjust or revoke access anytime.
